M-Powered Mission Statement
M-Powered strategically collaborates to create a fast-track solution for workers to build a globally competitive workforce in the Minnesota manufacturing industry. Together, we recruit, train, and employ workers in metal fabrication and machining/CNC operation.
M-Powered is a three-part program designed to fast-track students into a manufacturing career. Graduates begin a life-long career in manufacturing.
